I got an Ozark trolley from Asda, £20 reduced from £40 as it's the end of the summer/camping/festival season.

Please update with any non-Galactic bargains you think the other pyro nutters might benefit from, this isn't really a trolley fetish thread.

    BACK TO SCHOOL BARGAINS

Post-it Notes & marker pens should be reduced now the kids are actually going back.
Pretty sure they don't use this stuff at school anyway, it's all tablets and crushing debt nowadays.

    Happy hunting!

A pyro bargain is some pyro being bought at a great low price...ie a true bargain and great deal.
So, correct me if you think I am wrong but would a "non pyro bargain" be when someone pays way too much for their pyro such as the dreaded RRP or even more when there is say not any good reason for the over the top price paid such as it being a collectors item or very hard to get? IE overcharged or rip off prices.

I don't think a thread of Pyro Non Bargains helps anybody, really.
Not that this thread is particularly helpful yet anyway, but if it saves anybody a couple of £s then it has done its job.

I appreciate the like @Galactic Nigel, thank you for not banning me.

Now in a bit of a reversal, I'm asking if anybody has a good source for batteries?
Can't trust Ebay and I'm not paying supermarket prices so long as I breathe Yorkshire air.

Free Jinn Kyja Top Tip (to hopefully make up for the lack of bargains):
Don't forget your trusty 9-volts ;) and those dinky little dudes in your remotes
With a 9V battery you can start a fire using steel wool, in an emergency situation and if you have any steel wool.

I have bought plenty of various types of batteries from batterystation and had great service and hard to beat on price.
Fully agree on not putting batteries (and battery powered gear (torches) etc close to or with pyro. Even on firing sessions the fireworks are always kept and transported seperate from torches etc and lighters.

Thanks for the battery recommendations chaps...

But for those that can't stretch to buying ten 9vs (I only wanted 2 dammit!) they are half price in ASDA at the moment.
They're only Energizer Max and Asdas half price is still a little more expensive than online, but if you've forgotten them it's worth bearing in mind.

EDIT: Also spotted in ASDAmart, but I don't suppose these are bargains either really.
Cheesy Chip Pizza. It even says on the box "YEAH...You read that right!"
What a world we live in!

    But more importantly:
    Pink Wafer Biscuits are back!
The only UK factory shut down, blaming Brexit obviously, so there has been a lack of pink wafer in my life.
    No longer!
I think the label said Netherlands, but don't let that put you off.

Congratulations on surviving so far, Boxing Day is a traditional bargain-fest.

Now is a great time to buy oversize turkey tinfoil cheap, ideal for those that worry about cross-ignition on larger pieces.
I got a few rolls half price this time last year (and I've used exactly none of it lol, but it will come in one day)

[If your local shops have sold out, don't listen to the bullplop about the shortage being down to replica football trophies, it's because there's an opioid epidemic. No foil = lots of smackheads in your area, obviously. lol]

No no. I'm fairly sure there's a game squished in there somewhere. I'm pretty sure I remember saving a spreadsheet on there once, a few years ago too.

    So...many...tentacles!?!

S tells me the trolleys from the top of the thread are back in ASDA.
Hopefully they won't sell again, but it's going to be a long wait for them to be reduced, the first one I got ^ wasn't until August, dammit.

    EDIT:
For the more adventurous among us, (Hi @BrocadeKnight! Hope you're well) there's a lovely spinning cake board type affair at Aldi, but £30 doesn't seem that cheap for mounting just 2 cakes tbh.

Seems to be built for triangular cakes but I'm sure it could be modded to take a couple of Big Daddies.
