I've not seen this yet- but people do speak highly of it- but I dunno- as you say (and it looks about right) average cost is £150 - thats a remarkable whack .

In a nutshell, I suppose I'm asking - It's good, thats a given, but is it THAT good?

That looks amazing in the video

Would love to see it live, have to agree though £150 on a single firework seems a fair whack

Personally I enjoying lighting fireworks as much as watching so the more the better

not seen this one live yet. looks ok in the video a bit costly. and i know it last a long time but thats not for me as i like fast action pace like screaming spiders. but if you like long firing time go for it:)

I have see this firework and it really is 10 times better than the video. I have been informed today by Brothers Pyrotechnics that is now officially SOLD OUT ! so retailers look after them :) Maybe I put ours on too cheap but there you go :(

It is a little on the pricey side but if your after a firework that simply blows you away this is the one, personally i dont think the video does it too much justice, watching it live is spectacular.

Does anybody know how high it fires up when its spreads out? Just trying to figure out if i have enough room for it :faint:
  8. bladexm

    bladexm Galactic Firework Enthusiast

Not sure about height but the spread is up to 100 meters from what the description on the below video says, it's a beast and can't wait to see it for real

Would love this for my BFN diplay.

Does this firework really need 100 metres? I only have 30 metre wide in my garden.

What would be the typical angle as an estimation?

You don't need 100m. But the more you have, the more you can admire it. 30m is enough

i wld say you need at least 30m to watch it properly but my trouble was
with the width of my garden, i had to let it off close to my house as i have
    trees futher down,

this unit has very wide angled tubes so you do need the width,

all in all if it goes as it shld a very nice piece of pyro tho

I've heard there will be one there, and I'm yet to see this in the flesh :)

The 100m mentioned is the width of the spread, so aslong as no tall trees nearby, you should be ok. But as others have said, get as far back as you can (within reason), purely to appreciate the effects better.

I'm taking 1 up this weekend hopefully Danny boy.

Hopefully Brothers will have resolved the issues with this firework,as i really fancy getting one this year.:decision:

I fired a Maximum Showtime last night, and it was fantastic, easily the best firework of the night. It is simply so big! The video doesn't convey the impact in the flesh. Everyone was oohing and ahhing and a there were a few expletives as the final shots literally covered the sky with golden crackling glitter.
I won't buy one again as I try to avoid buying the same firework twice, and also its so damn expensive, but definitely worth buying once.

I fired one last BFN and nothing prepares you for what is about to come once you have lit it, this is simply an awesome firework its massive, does everything and goes on for ages, it even has a false finale before it fires up again and bursts back into action.

Truly a tremendous piece it looks monstrously stunning in the box and when you let it off it delivers big time on all the promise and hype that comes with it - I just wish they made more fireworks like it, its a true heavyweight and a crowd pleaser every time...

We also fired an Emperors Wrath, an Extravaganza, Brothers Zeus and a Hercules, but the Max showtime was in a class of its own... :chinaman:

Better than a Emporers Wrath??? controversial!
Totaly agree though, a stunning firework. If you're having a large display then this is a must!
Shame that it has been discontinued i believe. I'm hoping that Brothers bring in something similar this year, maybe even better! (oh and more reliable ;))
