Massive thanks to Nigel and all of Team Galactic for the great pyro and more, and thanks to Krony for filming.
Usual head full of mushiness now so just the video and my main thoughts:

Does it still count as Dark Sky if it's full of smoke? Hmmm...Expect the usual gaps anyway.

The first mistake you'll notice is mounting both motors on my spinny frame the same way. Oops.
At least I won't be making that mistake again, I'm out of motors now.

I've left the actual finale (there are a few fake finales, or gaps as we used to call them) mainly as a lesson to all on why we don't do Daytime Fireworks at night, no matter how bright a light source we have.

Also, don't buy mostly fanned stuff and then set it out in a manner which means walking past a fan once its lit. Rookie mistake.
Strikeback was meant to be after Screaming Eagles but I couldn't get past it, and then when I did get round to firing it, I thought I had another row of Mine lifts but that's no excuse for the gap afterwards.

Also forgot to take the fuse covers off my 19 shotters, there should have been 3 Fish/Bees starting halfway through the 2x Tourbillons. Thought they'd at least half gone but looking afterwards it was just half the papers were burnt off.

Last thing, the Weapon G's does seem to slow after a while so maybe best firing normally, I don't think the colour change matters when you can't see the rockets above due to smoke.

On the plus side: I've got a whole mini Quiet Section ready for my next display, that I missed firing before the candles/mines and didn't see much point going back to once the bigger 'real' quiet stuff was going up.

My local Grumbler Group is full of positive posts except people thinking it was finished and they kept going, but to be honest I think they must have C&P'd those messages from last year, lol.

Firing list (please don't compare to the actual firing list in another thread, it's completely different)

Asstd Red Rockets, just anything red but there's Trailblazers, Air Force, Hawks
    1x Splitter
    1x Silver Cyclone Dragon/Tornado
3 Pyramid Founts and 1 normal/1 backwards motor, doh
2x Scriptures of Hell + 1 Copter Clash....needed more (ie some) angles on the Scriptures
2x Global Party from the Amazing 4 (meant to be the 'worst' of the box, still fantastic)
1x Screaming Eagles lit by reverse fuse (actually deliberate but I was meant to be stood on the other side of it)
1x Flight Of The Bumble Bee
[Missing mini quiet section - Atomic Monsoon, Texas Cyclone, Colourful Crossettes]
[Missing noisy section: Dragon Attack, 300 Crazy Whistling Comets]
Asst Candles and 3 Cube Mines (can hear them but not see them)
    1x Slow Then Go
    4x Stingers (Thanks @martywolfman)
2x 19 Shot Tourby (Failed to fire on a cat 4 show and couldn't return live in van with smouldering carcasses)
1x 19 Shot Fish/Bees (same) Meant to be 3, starting halfway through tourbs
4x Flight of the Bumble bee
1x Howl of The Wolf (missed last bank as per usual, lol)
    1x Go Go G0
    1x Lush
    2x Oceanic
Purple Hawks (laughter is due to Rightmost one nearly breaking to the ground/additional audience)
1x StrikeBack (don't even know why I went back for this, should have left it)
1x Fanned Fishies (I won't be bringing any more live stuff home, this scared me and left me a little dazed)
1x Shockwave way too early, just glad I didn't spoil it with Hawks as planned)
2x Mr Hyde + 1x Tardis which seemed to start part way through but not the part way through that synced, dammit
    More Hawks lol
    2x China Star + 1x Candy Flies
    3x Supernova Strobes
3x Weapon G in reverse from reserve
    5x Supernova Gold Brocade
1x Daylight experiment that totally failed, sorry chaps.

Suppose I should start clearing up now. And I missed putting out the recycling last night for some reason.

Was a great display Jinn, should be proud, smoke spoiled it a little but nothing you can do about the wind or lack of it, thanks for the invite (was there an invite or did i just invite myself hehe), looking forward to next year :)

Yep, it was awesome, well worth the drive :) Though I think your smoke followed me for the entire journey home

I enjoyed watching it, though a shame about the missing section. Honestly the only other thing I noticed was shockwave going too early, didn't really notice the rest of the 'problems' :).

At least the smoke was mostly on the other side of the fireworks too.

Anybody recognise these 30mm cartridges?:eek:
All found the day after my display. In fact one of the local kids saw me tidying up and told me he'd found one "full of gunpowder" - I used some kidology on him to tell him it was just clay they put in there, showed him an empty rocket motor casing but I'm not convinced he was fooled.

If this was any other forum *cough cough* I'd be setting my dogs on the importer and demanding a full refund...but here, I like to think we know how pyro behaves.

Today I had a tidy of the garden and found a live FotBBee (Centre Right from 5.55ish in vid), but even more interestingly found a bundle of half a dozen ploppy little Fire Star(?) rocket sticks shoved under my gate! Ok, there was a big plastic motor housing too, and a scrap of Nova plastic, but it's not like I'm the only idiot that fires pyro round here. And, like I said ^, I got up specially in daylight hours the day after to clear the smaller stuff from the firing site that we couldn't see on the night.
I didn't find one scrap of exploded plastic bin, BTW. Thanks again, @martywolfman for that, (but still naughty-naughty @Krony!)

Also found my wooden shed wide open, yet again. I'm amazed none of you lot have burgled me, knowing how often this happens.

Tbh you had alot of 30mm bore stuff so could be anything, looks like they left the tubes but didn't light.

Hehe, I certainly didn't get all of it at the time, though I'm sure some pieces of the bin fell on my car on my way home, as they re-entered the atmosphere

You can tell by the scorched colouring and condition that they've been fired but I'm not going through my vid looking for individual shots, lol - I'm just worried how many there could be that I didn't find!?
I'd hope nobody would be stupid enough to light any visco/powder left on the base, but I'm also half hoping that I get to see something cool when they get round to mowing the grass again.
Another worry is that these were found close to where the uninvited audience was standing, I guess they go further when they don't explode, hehe.
