Hi everyone, need a little advice.

I'm holding a very small display for some friends and family and need some help with a firing sequence.
So far I have the following:

    - 4xSizzling Sensations
    - 2xAngel Dust
    - 3xOriental Star
    - Jewel Of Stars Mine
    - Ariel Celebration
    - Cross Fire
    - Great Sphinx
    - Django Cake Box
    - Undisputed
    - Weapon G
    - Red 66 Shot Klasek Cake
(and a very dodge 18 cue home made firing system)
    Rockets:
    - 40xAir Hawks
    - 30xComet Rockets

I know the list is a bit of a random list but wanted to know how best to set them off.
    Thanks for anyone's help.
Also if i am missing anything critical don't have much of a budget left but can try :spend:

I'm rubbish at this myself other than start small, end big!
Aerial Celebration was massive on Fun Day and Angel Dust wasn't out of place (ok, maybe a teeny bit) at the Comp, give them, plenty of room if doing angles.
Volley your hawks by colour if you can but fusing can be a pain so I'd try and do a run with the Rothy rather than any system, home made or not.

@Krony is your man for this sort of stuff, pester him in chat if he doesn't post in the next day or two.

I'm going to say beforehand that I had to find videos for a few pieces (and couldn't find some at all - Klasek cake) but should still work out. I personally believe that you can make a good show out of whatever you have, so nothing critical missing really. Anyway, below is the firing order I'd use. I have used \|/ to represent firing patterns (angle dependent on space you have available).

The Rockets on the most part you can mix in whenever, I would maybe do the comet rockets over the course of Great Sphinx and Cross Fire.

    1. Jewel of Stars Mine
    2. 3x Oriental Star \|/
    3. 2x Angel Dust \/
    4. 4x Sizzling Sensations \||/ (are they like sizzling sentinels?)
    5. The Great Sphinx (I assume the old Magnum series one)
    6. Cross Fire
    7. Django Box - they're all nice cakes so you can do any "sub" order you like
    8. Ariel Celebration
    9. Volley of Air Hawks (8) - I'd go for Red Caps
    10. 66 Shot Red Klasek cake
    11. Undisputed

Finale - Weapon G with 8-16 Air Hawks above towards the end as a finish (Orange and Purple Caps if doing 16)

That leaves you some Air Hawks (in theory Green and White) and possibly some Comet Rockets. It's up to you on how you would like to use them.

Shadows list is very good, the only thing i would swop is move the Klasek Signature 66 after Undisputed as i think it is better, and the Django Box would probably split it up.

Thanks shadow and Krony. Looks great cheers for the help. Is there a good system to work out an order or is it just gut feelings? (And start small end big)

Mix fanned and straight. Increase tube size. Powder weight (NEC)/duration. Watch the videos and link effects or colour so there is an obvious transition.

Depending on width of site and availability of long igniters then you may want to cross the Sizzling Orgasms //\\ OR /\/\ OR /||\
I think they have thick tails so would look nice crossing at silly angles, someone from team - "who needs to stick to the rules, we will just fire the lot in 3 minutes as long as the angles look cool" could help with the angles but don't ask them to help with timing, they are all little premature ejaculators.

We'll see if we can do it as well as team 'we never thought of making them look that good, so we'll just be sore losers about it instead' :p

Lol Marty - you got the team name wrong though xxx
I think you are referring to Team - "Stick to the rules, cat 3 display, in the prescribed time. Use boring angles to make them look s**t and blame someone else"

Seriously though, I'd be very tempted to add a Mob Box to the Django, cheap way for pairing good cakes there.

    Jewel of Stars Mine
    Oriental Stars (Bright Star vid)
Angel Dust (Vid is 4 but to give you an idea on angles)
    Sizzling Sentinals
    The Great Sphinx
    Cross Fire
Django Box (Vid is Mob but you get 6 of the 8)
    Aerial Celebration
War Hawks (Vid is 40 lol, it was that or the 400!) But I'd keep colours separate lol
Klasek 66 Shot Signature (non Galactic vid but I think it's the right one and I've cut 5 seconds off for the intro)
    Undisputed
Weapon G (vid is old, NOTE: The new stock change to silver half way through)

Make a Youtube Playlist with all the videos in, then you can shift the order about as you see fit (or even add more stuff! lol)
What you end up with is this (But you'll want to make your own, obvs)
Now you can drag and drop the videos to change the order.
(sometimes I have to be on my Playlist edit page to move it, other times it works whilst watching, your mileage may vary)

It isn't ideal because it depends on finding the right vids, and it won't cut off intro's but you get a rough idea.
Also, you can't have the same video twice (say to split the Mob Box) but if you're lucky somebody somewhere will have a vid of the individual pieces.
(I used a couple of @Krony's vids in my playlist, he has a lot of the bigger stuff/packs split and paired etc. Thanks, Krony!)

Personal Note: I like your style bidding for an item on reputation alone, but I'd recommend looking for vids before any future auctions, lol.
I agree the Klasek piece should be fired later, but I also like the early firing pattern on the Undisputed growing to a finale as it does, so it really is down to personal choice.

    Mod Note on Non-Galactic Items:
I'm just adding this bit in case anyone is worried that they can't mention other brands at all.
If you're a genuine Galactic customer it's all good posting lists or stash pics with anything Cat 2 or 3 in, so long as the bulk of it was bought from Galactic.

Not so much help here but I thought I'd keep my tips together.

Another handy tool is http://youtubedoubler.com/ the mash-up maker, it helps you see two youtube videos side by side.
I've used it HERE to try and work out what times I could fire 2x Mr Hydes (30 secs ish) with a Tardis (1.5 mins ish) up the middle.
46 ish seconds seems to be the sweet spot.

I've found it's easier to rewind the tardis a little and count the 12 white bursts after the Xettes, If I fire EXACTLY when they turn to red bursts it should work...might work...it's never gonna work is it?

Jinn Kyja (jk), you have changed since being the Super Moderator! Where has this IT geekness come from? It was easier when I thought First Blood was your autobiography or at very least you were at the CIA with Steven Segal. The show looks great on paper ... remember though to fire one cake behind as that's your 'Galactic' signature.

Er, @Shadow did the hard work with the running order, I just have more time on my hands to fetch links. Thanks though....I think!

I have remembered one other bit of advice, to be sort of on-topic, regarding Youtube's autoplay that switches itself back on at random.
I use a Chrome extension called Autoplay Stopper, I can't tell you how behind-the-code legit it is, but it does indeed stop video from autoplaying.
The only downside is when you press play too quickly yourself, before the thumbnails load and they get paused, your vid will pause again with them.

Almost as important as having easily Mute-able Tabs.

    I've got another!
    You know how we all loved @BrocadeKnight's candle frames \ \ | / / ?
The angles work just the same upside down / / | \ \ but the fuses are closer together!

I wouldn't use that actual rack upside down, it's a thing of beauty...but I'd copy the angles. :p;)

I've done backwards, sideways and one-behind, I really should go for the Dutch upside down style one of these years, lol.
Almost did it once with a pair of opening mines on a wedding display but luckily(?) it was spotted about 2 mins before the show.:eek::eek:

Thank you so much for the help everyone, bit of a noob question. How do you set up angles? Maybe my vision of angle (30degree tilts) are a little more extreme then they should?

You don't need the big boards at the bottom just the smaller OSB boards with lats on to give the angles straight on the grass will do.
