Does anyone know, from measurement or experience, if the girth (I think this is a question for Jinn! LOL) of the Megablast Universal Attack and Cube Sky Cobra rocket sticks will pass through 21.5/22mm tubes?
    Mine aren't to hand.
Or more widely, does anyone have experience of large rocket sticks that definitely won't even fit into 22mm tubes? I know hinged sticks surely won't.
I'm about to build a modular rocket frame, where 22mm tubes and hinged/talon pipe clips might be prefered. The tube sections holding the rockets might be only 20cm long, say, at an adjustable height, towards the top of the stick. So, as long as the stick can pass through, I'll be happy.
I'm not worried about sticks getting wedged like they might if using narrow full length tubes pushed into the ground, and the weight of the rocket leaning sideways.
If my recollection serves me, the Cobras aren't OTT thick(?), but the Universal Attack look pointlessly fat on one video I've found...
    (ahhh the excitement...)

I've got a Sky Cobra in the shed I can measure tomorrow, no problem, but I fired all 3 of my Universals on NYE and didn't get any of the sticks back.
I *think* my sticks were similar to the video, a little thicker than usual, but my memory is terrible.

I do know that when I built my new rack last year I used Cube Glock measurements to mock it up and used the 20mm conduit - but then found the Supernova sticks were slightly too snug.
Note, that was 20mm and they were only just too snug, another sanding on the corners and I might have risked it (but then the black would be ruined).
Looking in my Silver Machine build thread, S'novas are 13mm-ish.

The Sky Cobra is 12mm (x 930mm, to the motor housing) and it slips into the 20mm conduit with plenty of room to spare.
The Glock is closer to 13mm and got slightly stuck in a couple of places but would go up fine, I reckon.
Only other big rockets I have are Special/Select and they're only 11ish, so no problem there.

Most big rockets use 1/2" sticks so anything from 12 - 12.7 mm, should be fine unless the sticks are really bent.

I forgot to mention this earlier, sorry.
If it helps out at all (lol!) I am in the market for Universal Attacks...I really liked mine on NYE and it's easy to work the fuse magic with them...
BUT I get the feeling you know what you buy and buy it for a reason, so probably want to hang on to them.

Plus the whole new rack and all is a clue, lol.
I'm guessing you're using copper at 22mm? You don't want to be buying that in specially just for a few Universals, oh no my friend, you want rid of those.
Hey, I'm only trying to help, and you can't blame me for trying!
